Q. Returns
A. Each and every wedding dress we design is tailored to match your exact measurements. Therefore we do not accept returns, we have no inventory and each wedding dress is hand made when the order is received. This is a common policy online.

Q. Refunds
A. If the designer has NOT started your wedding dress

  • You made a payment and found a different dress (refund possible)
  • If you haven’t submitted your measurements (refund possible)

If you want a refund on an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

A. Once the designer has started your wedding dress there are no refunds. At this point you have paid and sent measurements, when you send measurements we purchase materials and begin hand making your wedding dress. We do not offer refunds at this point because each and every wedding dress is tailored to match your exact measurements and we are unable to reclaim the material or resell the dress.

Q. Refund Process
A. You will expect to receive your refund within a few days. However, in many cases you will receive a refund sooner.
